What challenges/problems necessitated a change?

The need to use a CRM arose from the various services we offer on the market, which are processed with considerable personnel effort. We realized that we needed to develop clear, structured and defined processes for this. With a CRM program tailored to our needs, we can process both customers and services more efficiently with clearly predefined workflows. This makes work much clearer and all employees follow the same guidelines.

What trends in your industry drove the need to use our product?

Up to now, the company was managed with the help of a self-programmed Access database and standard Microsoft programs. Due to the variety of services we offer, we had to do something and so we came across HSH Global Software.

What feature of our product is most appealing?

The standardization and simplification of data storage, the processing of transactions from the first work step to invoicing and the evaluation of data and transactions. Very clear and force- guided in order to meet all the requirements specified by customers and legislators.

How did our team help with implementation?

We felt it was good teamwork. Your suggestions were very constructive and still are. We felt well supported during the introduction of the CRM.

How has our solution helped since implementation?

The organization and management of companies has become simpler and clearer. All orders can be queried according to their status. It also makes it easier for employees to work together, as everyone has access to a standardized system.

Can you share any metrics/KPIs that show the success you have enjoyed with our service?

One success is certainly that we have created clear transparency for all employees. The next management review will then substantiate this with facts and figures.

What plans do you have to use our solutions in the future?

The preparation of our annual management review should be simplified by providing the relevant data. The integration of the planned accounting program would be very beneficial for this. Using the program to further optimize our strategy for the future.

The Platform

It forms the central IT platform for the development, administration, integration and execution of all VOIS procedures. It includes the technical infrastructure, e.g. for database, web and form servers. It provides common features for identities, addresses, users, workflow, DMS, CRM and interfaces for the interoperability, communication and compatibility of VOIS procedures with each other and for connected external procedures. The big data approach offers extensive central search functions and comprehensive joint, individually combinable evaluations, also in real time.

Identity Management

VOIS' solutions enable government agencies to use a government-issued identity as the basis for providing online services. The digital form of the basic ID not only protects the individual, it also promotes the digital economy by providing a reliable foundation.

Company Management

This VOIS-module is the specialized procedure for company registration and authorizations. Due to its modular structure, it is tailored to the requirements of municipalities, districts, provinces, or national administration. On request, a "name clearance process" can be integrated. The data in this module also serves as the basis for all other modules, for example for the issuance of permits such as Business Levy and many more.

CRM

VOIS | CRM enables a stronger connection between government and citizens – by managing, simplifying, and automating government interactions to improve the customer experience for everyone.
